What is the Nicole Kidman dance trend?
Nicole Kidman dance is a short dance to ADÉLA’s song “Nicole Kidman”, also called the ADÉLA dance trend. The name refers to the song; it is not a dance scene from a Nicole Kidman film. This tool animates one person or one pet from a photo using a built-in 13-second solo adaptation. The photo supplies the subject and scene, while the motion reference supplies the dance. Results can vary in timing, anatomy and likeness.

Compare the built-in motion reference and its matching solo example
The left video is the 13-second depth reference used to guide this tool. The right video is its matching solo example. This lets you inspect the movement that is built in. It is a solo adaptation, not evidence of an exact recreation of the original choreography; generation can change poses and timing.
Nicole Kidman dance moves to look for
Follow the sequence in the reference above: hand to head, raised hands, hand behind the head and hip accents, chest pose, lowered hands, then a turn and step forward. These cues describe this adaptation, not a frame-by-frame performance guarantee.
- 01
Hand to head
The opening sway puts one hand beside the head while the other arm stays low.
- 02
Hands overhead
Both arms rise, the hands come together overhead, then lower.
- 03
Hand behind the head and hip accents
One hand rests behind the head while the other reaches sideways; the hips shift and the hands lower toward the thighs.
- 04
Shimmy and chest pose
The arms open for a small shimmy, then the hands move toward the chest.
- 05
Shoulder rolls
The shoulders roll while the hands travel down the front of the body.
- 06
Turn and step forward
A look over the shoulder leads into a step toward the camera and a hand-on-hip finish.
How to make a Nicole Kidman dance video
Upload a photo, check the credit quote, then generate. The dance and music are already set up.
- 01
Upload one clear photo
Choose one person or one pet with a visible face. A full-body or knee-up photo that shows the room gives the model more usable detail than a tight selfie. Crop out other people and pets.
- 02
Choose the model and resolution
Seedance 2.5 at 480p is preselected (187 credits for 13 seconds). Seedance 2.0 Mini starts at 42 credits. Choose 720p for a larger export, or 1080p on 2.0 Pro or 2.5. Check the exact credit price on the Generate button.
- 03
Generate and download the MP4
The tool first creates a full-body still from your photo, animates the solo dance, then adds ADÉLA’s song. Download the 9:16 MP4 when it finishes. You can return to your creations if you leave the page.
Selfies, pets and the two-person dance
A selfie works, with more invented detail
You can use a selfie taken on your phone. If the photo crops out the body or room, the model must generate those details. For a scene closer to your own, step back, keep the face sharp and include the outfit, legs and surroundings. Exact likeness or an unchanged background is not guaranteed.
One pet can be the dancer
Upload one clear, full-body photo of your dog, cat or other pet. The tool asks for an upright dance with the animal’s paws, muzzle and markings. Motion may still distort limbs or fur, so inspect the finished video. The examples above do not establish how your pet will turn out.
The red-room duo is a different format
This page accepts one photo for one dancer. It cannot combine two separate portraits or make two people dance together in the red-room version. A group photo does not add a second slot. For a side-by-side edit, you can create one clip per person and combine them in a video editor; timing and likeness can differ between clips.
Use your own photo, your pet or an adult who agreed. A single, clearly separated subject reduces the chance of the model choosing the wrong face.
Price, free credits and watermark
The table shows the current credit quote for each 13-second video, including the starting still. All options export a vertical 9:16 MP4 with music.

USD equivalents use the Studio monthly plan’s rate: $49.90 ÷ 1,800 credits. They are a comparison of credit value, not a single-video checkout price. Your actual cost depends on the pack or plan you buy.
The lowest quote is 42 credits for Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p. The $5 Trial pack (24 credits) is not enough. The preselected Seedance 2.5 at 480p is 187 credits, about $5.18 at the Studio monthly rate; buying enough credits is a separate checkout. The one-time $29.90 Boost pack provides 700 credits.
| Free signup | Eligible new accounts currently receive 5 credits. That is below the 42-credit minimum for this dance. Uploading a photo and watching examples are free. |

| $5 Trial pack | The $5 Trial pack provides 24 credits, below the 42-credit minimum. Use an existing balance or a larger pack such as Boost ($29.90 for 700 credits). |
| Subscription | No subscription is required. Use a one-time pack or an existing credit balance; monthly plans are optional. |
| Watermark | Videos made before your first purchase have a moving tryh3.com watermark. After your first purchase, new videos have no watermark and earlier ones can be unlocked. |
| Failure or review decline | Credits return automatically if generation fails or a review declines the task. A completed video you dislike does not receive an automatic refund. |
Higher resolution gives you a larger export; it does not guarantee better choreography, sharper facial detail or a closer likeness. Each new generation uses its own credit quote.

The soundtrack is ADÉLA’s “Nicole Kidman”, from PRIMA. Its “I feel like Nicole” hook connects the dance videos and lip-sync posts that use the sound. The actress’s name is the song title, not a requirement for who appears in your video.
Accounts of the trend attribute the choreography to Kyler Irby (@ky.manson). That attribution is reported by secondary guides; the linked dance post is a reference for the wider trend. Celebrity lip-sync clips are another use of the same song, and are separate from the solo motion built into this generator.
AI versions animate a photo using a chosen dance reference. This page uses the 13-second solo adaptation shown above. It does not offer every dance variation or promise to reproduce an original performance exactly.

Fix face drift, missed moves and blurry uploads
A clearer source photo can reduce ambiguity, but generative video still varies between runs. Use the reference preview to decide whether this solo adaptation is the version you want.
| What you see | What may cause it | What to try |
|---|---|---|
| The face changes during the turn | A small or obscured face; head turns expose detail absent from the photo | Use a sharp, front-facing photo with the face and hairline visible. Exact identity preservation is not guaranteed on any model. |
| Hands, hair or legs distort | Fast motion and overlapping body parts are difficult to generate | Use a full-body photo with limbs clearly separated and no heavy filters. A different model may change the result, but no model is guaranteed to fix it. |
| The room looks invented | A tight selfie leaves little information about the scene | Choose a photo showing the surroundings and more of the body. The tool generates missing detail; it cannot reconstruct a hidden room exactly. |
| The video sways or misses a move | The model interpreted the built-in motion loosely, or you expected another version | Compare it with the 13-second depth reference above. This page has no custom prompt or motion-reference slot, and cannot guarantee exact choreography. |
| The upload looks blurry | 480p output or compression during repeated exports and uploads | Select 720p or 1080p before generation and upload the downloaded MP4 directly. A larger file does not restore facial detail the model did not create. |
| The task failed or review declined it | The provider could not complete the task or accept the submitted media | The credits return automatically. Read the task message and check the photo requirements before starting another generation. |
Nicole Kidman dance FAQ
Are the Nicole Kidman dance trend and the ADÉLA dance trend the same?
In this context, yes: both names refer to dance videos set to ADÉLA’s song “Nicole Kidman”. Real dance performances, lip-sync posts and AI animations are different formats using that sound. This generator makes a 13-second solo adaptation from your photo; it does not recreate a dance scene from a Nicole Kidman film.
Can I make a Nicole Kidman dance video completely free?
Eligible new accounts currently receive 5 credits, which does not cover the minimum 42 credits for a video. Uploads and examples are free to use. The $5 Trial pack gives 24 credits and is also insufficient, even with the signup gift. Use an existing balance or a larger credit pack; no subscription is required. Your first purchase removes the watermark from new videos and lets you unlock earlier ones.
How much does one Nicole Kidman dance video cost, without subscribing?
42 to 1,004 credits for 13 seconds: 42 or 82 on Seedance 2.0 Mini (480p / 720p), 82 or 168 on 2.0 Fast, 132, 276 or 681 on 2.0 Pro (480p / 720p / 1080p), 187, 412 or 1,004 on Seedance 2.5, and 186 on MiniMax H3 (720p). The $5 Trial pack gives 24 credits and is insufficient. The one-time $29.90 Boost pack gives 700 credits. No subscription is required. The USD table uses the Studio monthly credit rate for comparison, not a single-video checkout price.
Can I use an iPhone selfie, or do I need a full-body photo?
A selfie is accepted, and you can upload it from a phone browser without installing an app. A sharp full-body or knee-up photo is preferable because it supplies more information about your outfit, proportions and room. With a tight selfie, the model generates the missing body and scene. Use one visible face and crop out other people.
Can two people or two pets dance together from separate photos?
This page supports one person or one pet from one photo. It has no two-photo mode and does not create the red-room duo. A group photo is not a substitute for separate slots. You can make one solo clip per subject and combine them in an editor, but matching timing and likeness across clips is not guaranteed.
Will I get my credits back if generation fails or the result looks wrong?
A failed generation or declined review returns the credits automatically. A completed video you dislike does not receive an automatic refund. Preview the built-in solo reference and check the model, resolution and price before generating. Face drift, altered anatomy or imperfect motion can occur in a completed video.
Will the generator follow the exact dance moves and keep my face unchanged?
It uses the built-in 13-second depth reference shown on this page to guide the solo dance. This gives the model a movement sequence, but does not guarantee frame-accurate choreography, unchanged features or a perfect turn. Use a clear photo and compare the reference with the examples. No model here is claimed to be the best for every face or pet.
How is this different from a CapCut Nicole Kidman dance template?
An editing template arranges photos or clips you supply into a preset timeline; its media requirements vary. This tool generates new dancing frames from one photo, then adds the song. You do not need to film the dance or supply a sequence of clips. Generation uses credits and can alter your subject’s features, proportions and surroundings.
