Bad Times AI Video Generator

Turn one photo of your dog, your cat or yourself into the Bad Times AI video: the viral TikTok where @bouuhyachaka lip-syncs Imael Angel’s “Bad Times” while arguing with the camera — head in hands, “hold on” palms, a finger jabbed at the lens. Your photo gets her argument, in your own room, with the song.

What is a Bad Times AI video?

A Bad Times AI video recasts a viral TikTok in which creator BOUUH YACHAKA (@bouuhyachaka) lip-syncs Imael Angel’s song “Bad Times” while arguing with the camera: she grabs her head, raises “hold on” palms, jabs a finger at the lens and lunges forward. In the AI version a dog, a cat, a baby or you plays her part. Here one photo is enough: it becomes a still of the subject in their own room, Seedance copies her 30-second take onto it, and you download a 9:16 MP4 with the song. Prices start at 16 credits.

Where the Bad Times trend comes from

The song is “BAD TIMES” by Imael Angel, a deep house single from 2026 that circulates in several versions on YouTube and SoundCloud. Its “da da da” hook is where most lip-syncs land.

The acting comes from TikTok creator BOUUH YACHAKA. Her face-only lip-sync of the song (20 August 2026) and her full-body take in a kitchen, captioned “Ça va barder!!” (“there’s going to be trouble!”, 9 September 2026), had 18.1 million and 16.4 million plays on 11 October 2026. The kitchen take, with its red “DISPUTE” label, is the one AI versions copy.

From late September, pet owners began handing her performance to their animals with AI video tools. A Dutch Shepherd version by @tillandsialover passed 9 million plays, and cats, huskies and toddlers followed.

Is the song itself made with AI? People ask a lot. As of October 2026 the artist has not said how the track was made, so treat any firm answer with caution; it doesn’t change how the video trend works.

The Bad Times argument, beat by beat

The reference is one continuous handheld take with no cuts. Your video keeps its moves and timing; the face, body, clothes and room are yours. A 10-second video stops on the “hold on” palms, a 15-second one on the palm in the lens.

  1. 0–1.5 s

    The slow burn

Bent over with both hands on the head, then straightening up, eyes shut — the moment before it starts.

  2. 1.5–10 s

Hand on hip, then “hold on”

A dismissive flick of the hand by the head, a half turn away, then both palms raised at the camera.

  3. 11–18.5 s

    Straight into the lens

The subject storms up to the phone, jabs a finger (or a paw) at the viewer and shoves a flat palm right into the lens.

  4. 18.5–23.5 s

    Backing off

A step back, one more glare, a hand on the hip and an arm flung out in disbelief.

  5. 23.5–27 s

    The lunge and the shrug

A shouting lunge at the camera, then both arms spread wide: what?

  6. 27–30 s

    One last look

Mouth open, a step forward, a raised hand and a long stare into the lens — where the 30-second video ends.

  • Generating on any account with enough credits — no subscription required
  • Automatic refunds when a generation fails or Seedance 2.5 declines a photo

Paid

  • Every Bad Times AI video costs credits; the free credits on a new account don’t cover one.
  • A video costs 16 to 1,188 credits, depending on the model, length and resolution.
  • The $5 Trial pack gives 24 credits: one 10- or 15-second 480p Seedance 2.0 Mini video.
  • Videos made before your first purchase carry a moving tryh3.com watermark. After any credit pack, new videos have none and earlier ones can be unlocked.
  • Larger one-time packs and monthly plans are on the pricing page.

Results vary between runs. A failed generation or a declined photo costs nothing, but a finished video you don’t like is not refunded, so try a 10-second Mini run before a 30-second one.

Bad Times AI video with your dog or cat

Most Bad Times AI videos star a pet, and the hard part is keeping it a pet. Here is what the generator does with an animal photo:

  • Upright, but still an animal. The still stands your dog or cat on its hind legs so it has a body to argue with; its face, fur and markings come from your photo.
  • A paw for every gesture. Where the original points a finger or raises a palm, your pet uses a whole front paw; the prompt rules out fingers and human hands.
  • Its own mouth. The lip sync happens on the muzzle, never on pasted-on human lips.
  • The photo that works best. One animal, sharp and well lit, whole body visible, ideally sitting or standing up with the paws free.

A clear, front-on face shows the lip sync best. If a cheaper model slips in fingers, generate again on Seedance 2.5.

The song, your friends and your kids: posting rules

  • The song. Your MP4 carries “Bad Times” from the original take. TikTok and Instagram license their in-app music for personal posts, so attaching the app’s own “Bad Times” sound is the safest route; YouTube may place a claim on a Short that uses the track.
  • Other people’s faces. Only use a photo of someone who has agreed. A realistic video of a real person shouting at the camera can embarrass them, and the platforms ask for realistic AI content to be labelled.
  • Children. Upload a child’s photo only as their parent or guardian, and consider sharing the result with close friends rather than publicly. Uploaded photos are kept at unlisted links to make your video and are never published by TryH3.
  • Brands. Business accounts on TikTok are generally limited to its commercial music library, so for a brand mascot keep the argument and use a licensed track.
  • Credit. Naming @bouuhyachaka and Imael Angel in your caption and turning on the AI label keeps the post honest.

Bad Times AI video FAQ

How do I make a Bad Times AI video with a photo of my dog?

Upload one sharp photo of your dog with the whole body in frame, pick a length and a model, and press Generate. The photo first becomes a vertical still of your dog standing on its hind legs in the same room, then Seedance copies the original argument onto it: head in paws, “hold on” paws, a paw jabbed at the lens, the lunge. The MP4 comes back with the Bad Times song, ready to post.

Is there a free way to make a Bad Times AI video, and does it have a watermark?

Signing up, uploading and watching the reference are free, but every video costs credits and the free signup credits don’t cover one. The cheapest is 16 credits (Seedance 2.0 Mini, 10 seconds, 480p), and the $5 Trial pack (24 credits) covers one. Videos made before your first purchase carry a moving tryh3.com mark; after any credit pack new videos have none, and earlier ones can be unlocked.

How many credits does one Bad Times AI video cost?

It depends on the model, length and resolution, and the exact price shows before you generate. At 480p, Seedance 2.0 Mini costs 16, 22 or 38 credits for 10, 15 or 30 seconds, and Seedance 2.5 costs 104, 154 or 302. The most expensive option, Seedance 2.5 at 30 seconds and 1080p, is 1,188 credits. The price includes the still, and a failed video is refunded in full.

Can I make the Bad Times AI trend on Android or iPhone without installing an app?

Yes. The generator runs in the browser, so Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone works: upload from your camera roll, keep the page open or come back later, and download the MP4 to post on TikTok, Reels or Shorts. An older phone is fine because the video is made on our servers; what matters is a sharp photo.

Why doesn’t the mouth match the Bad Times song?

The model renders a silent video timed to the original take, and the song from that take is laid back underneath, so the two start together. Sync breaks when the clip is trimmed at the start, sped up, or posted with a sound that begins at another point. Post the MP4 with its own audio; if you switch to the app’s sound, line it up with the first shouted line. Seedance 2.5 shapes the words more clearly than the 2.0 models.

Can I use Imael Angel’s “Bad Times” in my video on TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram?

The MP4 carries the song from the original take so it is ready to share, but the recording belongs to its rights holders. TikTok and Instagram license their in-app music for personal posts, so the safest route is to post with the app’s own “Bad Times” sound; YouTube may place a claim on a Short that uses it. Business and brand accounts are usually limited to commercial music libraries. This is general information, not legal advice.

Is it safe to upload my baby’s photo to make this trend?

Only upload a child’s photo if you are their parent or guardian, and think about who will see the result: a public post of a child’s face can be saved and reused. Uploaded photos are kept at unlisted links to make your video and are never published by TryH3. Seedance 2.5’s review may decline some photos, in which case the video is refunded. Many parents share these clips with close friends instead of posting them publicly.

Can I put my friend’s face in a Bad Times AI video and post it without asking?

Ask first. The video shows a real, recognisable person shouting at the camera, and posting someone’s likeness without consent can break platform rules and, in some countries, privacy laws. The platforms also expect realistic AI content to be labelled. With your friend’s yes and the AI label on, it’s a harmless joke; without it, use your own photo or your pet.
