The solo routine from one photo, in a living room

What is I feel like Nicole AI?

“I feel like Nicole” is the hook of ADÉLA’s song “Nicole Kidman” (album PRIMA, 2026) and the name of the TikTok trend built on it: people film themselves lip-syncing, switching into a glam outfit or doing a short solo dance to the line. I feel like Nicole AI means making that video from a photo instead of a camera. On this page you upload one photo of a person or a pet, and the AI makes a 13-second vertical video of that subject dancing the trend’s solo routine in the place the photo was taken, with the song underneath. The routine is built in and the look comes only from your photo. It is not a face swap onto Chanel’s clip and it doesn’t need a prompt.

Where “I feel like Nicole” comes from

The line is the hook of “Nicole Kidman”, a single from ADÉLA’s debut album PRIMA, released on 4 September 2026 and produced by Dylan Brady and Blake Slatkin. The singer casts herself as the actress: the verses nod to Kidman’s screen roles, Moulin Rouge! among them, and the beat borrows from God’s Gospel Angels’ “In My Father’s House” and Quincy Jones’s “Ironside”. ADÉLA has said she asked Kidman for permission before using her name.

TikTok picked the sound up in September 2026. The first wave was lip-sync videos with a main-character stare into the lens, often cutting from loungewear to a full glam look right on the “I feel like Nicole” line; Alix Earle’s version, leaning out of a car window at night, took it wider. A short solo dance to the track spread at the same time, and the sound ended up under tattoo reveals, awards-season posts and fan edits.

On 5 October 2026, during Paris Fashion Week, Chanel posted a TikTok from its Spring-Summer 2027 show in which Kristen Wiig, Pedro Pascal and Dua Lipa mouth the song before Nicole Kidman herself steps into frame. Reports the next day put the sound at roughly 3.4 million TikTok videos.

What “I feel like Nicole” means. It is shorthand for feeling glamorous, in control and a little untouchable — like a film star on her best day. People use it the way they use “main character energy”: over a glow-up, a new outfit, a night out, or a pet strutting across the living room.

How to make the I feel like Nicole AI video

Three steps, a few minutes, no editing app.

  1. 01

    Upload one photo

One person or one pet, sharp and well lit, ideally from the head down to the knees. The room in the photo becomes the dance floor, so a photo that shows your space works better than a tight selfie.

  2. 02

    Pick a model and resolution

Seedance 2.5 at 480p is preselected (141 credits for the whole 13 seconds). Seedance 2.0 Mini is the cheapest at 21 credits; choose 720p or 1080p for a sharper upload. The exact price is on the Generate button.

  3. 03

    Generate, download, post

Your photo first becomes a still of you (or your pet) in your place, then the dance is generated and ADÉLA’s song is laid underneath. Download the MP4 and post it with the AI-generated label on.

The moves, second by second

The routine is one straight-on shot from the head to the knees. Your video follows this timing exactly.

  1. 0–1.5 s

    Hand to the head

A slow sway with one hand resting at the side of the head, the other arm loose.

  2. 1.5–3 s

    Palms up high

Both arms rise and the palms meet above the head, then float back down.

  3. 3–6.5 s

    Hair flick and hip pops

A hand sweeps back through the hair, the hips pop side to side, both hands slide down the hips.

  4. 6.5–9 s

    Shimmy, hands to the chest

Arms open low for a little shimmy, then the hips push to one side and both hands come to the chest.

  5. 9–11 s

    Shoulder rolls

Easy shoulder rolls with the hands brushing down the front of the body.

  6. 11–13 s

Look back, hand on the hip

A turn and a look back over the shoulder, then a step toward the camera to finish with a hand on the hip.

  • Automatic refunds when a generation fails or Seedance 2.5 declines a photo

Costs credits

  • Every I feel like Nicole AI video costs credits; the free credits on a new account don’t cover one.
  • A video costs 21 to 545 credits, depending on the model and resolution.
  • The $5 Trial pack gives 24 credits: one 13-second 480p Seedance 2.0 Mini video.
  • Videos made before your first purchase carry a moving tryh3.com watermark. After any credit pack, new videos have none and earlier ones can be unlocked.
  • Larger one-time packs and monthly plans are on the pricing page.

Results vary between runs. A failed generation or a declined photo costs nothing, but a finished video you don’t like is not refunded, so a 21-credit Mini run is a cheap way to check your photo first.

I feel like Nicole AI prompts for Kling, Runway or CapCut

Making it in another app? Text alone can’t reproduce a set routine — that needs a motion reference — but these prompts get the look of the trend’s three famous versions. Attach your photo as the start image, keep each clip to 5–10 seconds, then put the sound on in CapCut or TikTok so the cut lands on the hook.

The glam switch

Vertical 9:16 phone video. The person from the photo stands in their bedroom in a grey hoodie, hair up, looking bored at the camera. At 0:03 a hard cut on the beat: the same person in the same spot in a black corset gown and a diamond choker, hair down and glossy, warm red-carpet light, a slow confident stare into the lens and a hair flick. Keep the face exactly as in the photo. No text, no logos.

The night car window

Vertical 9:16 handheld phone video at night. The person from the photo leans out of the back window of a slow-moving car, city lights streaking past, hair blowing, sunglasses pushed up, laughing and mouthing along to music, then looks straight into the lens. Real phone footage, slight motion blur. Keep the face exactly as in the photo. No text.

The runway moment

Vertical 9:16 video. The person from the photo walks toward the camera down a white fashion-show runway in a tailored black tweed suit and pearls, photographers flashing on both sides, stops at the end, turns to look back over the shoulder and gives a small knowing smile. Cinematic, shallow depth of field. Keep the face exactly as in the photo. No brand names, no text.

Swap the outfit, room or light words for your own. For pets, add “standing upright on its hind legs, real paws, no human hands”.

Pets, couples and four friends

One photo makes one dancer. Here is what that means in practice.

  • Pets dance upright. A dog or cat stands on its hind legs and does every move with whole front paws — never human hands — keeping its own face, muzzle, fur and markings.
  • Use a full-body pet photo. A sharp photo of the whole animal, standing or sitting, works far better than a close-up of the face.
  • Couples make two videos. Generate one per person (or per pet) and put them side by side or back to back in CapCut; both follow the same timing, so they line up.
  • Four friends need a four-role template. The Chanel version swaps four people at once; this page doesn’t. Our Replace Person in Video tool can recast up to four people in a clip you upload.

Crop group photos to one person or pet before uploading; with several faces in a photo, the model may pick the wrong one.

Consent, privacy and the song

  • Ask first. Upload yourself, your pet, or an adult who agreed to it, and show them the video before posting. Never upload other people’s children.
  • Label it as AI. A real person in a video they never filmed is synthetic media, so switch on the AI-generated label on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
  • No celebrities. Don’t upload Nicole Kidman, ADÉLA or any other public figure; Seedance 2.5’s review rejects celebrity photos anyway.
  • The song belongs to ADÉLA and her label. The MP4 includes it, which is usually fine for personal posts on TikTok and Reels, but platforms may still mute a re-upload, and it is not licensed for ads or brand content.
  • Your photo stays yours. It is stored only to make your video, sent to the AI model provider to render it (and to Seedance 2.5’s review when you pick that model), and never published or shown to anyone else. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

I feel like Nicole AI FAQ

Is “I feel like Nicole” from a song, a movie or a TikTok?

A song. It is the hook of “Nicole Kidman” by ADÉLA, from her debut album PRIMA (4 September 2026). The song references Kidman’s films, which is why people think of Moulin Rouge!, but it is not a movie quote. The TikTok trend — lip-syncs, outfit switches and a short solo dance — grew from the sound in September 2026, and Chanel’s Paris Fashion Week clip with Kidman herself made it bigger in October.

Can I make an I feel like Nicole AI video for free, with no watermark?

Not entirely. Signing up, uploading and watching the examples are free, but every video costs credits and the free signup credits don’t cover one. The cheapest is 21 credits (Seedance 2.0 Mini, 480p), and the $5 Trial pack (24 credits) covers it. Videos made before your first purchase carry a moving tryh3.com mark; after any credit pack new videos have none, and earlier ones can be unlocked.

How much does one I feel like Nicole AI video cost?

21 to 545 credits for the full 13 seconds: 21 or 38 on Seedance 2.0 Mini (480p / 720p), 61 or 126 on 2.0 Fast, 99, 207 or 511 on 2.0 Pro (480p / 720p / 1080p), 141, 309 or 545 on Seedance 2.5, and 139 on MiniMax H3 (720p). The price is shown on the button before you generate, and a failed video is refunded.

What kind of photo works best?

A sharp, well-lit photo of one person or pet from the head to the knees, face visible, no sunglasses or heavy filter. A full-body shot gives the dance real proportions, and a photo that shows the room gives the video your room. A tight selfie still works, but the model has to invent your body and your place.

Can my partner or my four friends be in the same video?

Not here: this generator makes one dancer per video. For a couple, make one video each and put them side by side — both follow the same timing. The four-person Chanel version is a different template (vswp offers it with four photos); on TryH3, Replace Person in Video can recast up to four people in a clip you upload.

Is it safe to upload my face photo?

Your photo is used only to make your video: it is stored with your account, sent to the AI model provider to render the video (and reviewed by Seedance 2.5 if you choose that model), and never published or used for anything else. You can ask for your data to be deleted. Upload only yourself, your pet or an adult who agreed.

Can I use an I feel like Nicole AI video in an ad for my business?

Not as it comes. The MP4 carries ADÉLA’s song, which is fine for personal posts but not licensed for ads, and anyone shown needs to have agreed to it. For brand content, keep the dance, mute the song and add licensed music from the platform’s commercial library, and label the video as AI-generated.
