Can I use the same credits for images and videos?

Yes. Every subscription and one-time pack uses the same balance across all available image and video models. Switching models does not require another subscription. Each model and setting has its own credit cost, shown before you generate.

Are yearly credits available immediately or released monthly?

After a successful annual payment is confirmed, the full yearly credit balance is added at once and remains valid through that paid year. The monthly price on an annual card is a price comparison; you pay the full annual amount at checkout. Monthly subscriptions receive one month’s credits per successful payment.

Will tax be added at checkout?

No additional tax is added to the listed USD price at checkout. If you choose another currency, your payment provider shows the converted total before you pay. Your receipt or invoice shows the final amount charged.

Where can I find a receipt or invoice?

Your payment provider supplies the payment receipt. When an invoice URL is available, it appears in Settings → Payments. PayPal payments can also be found in your PayPal activity. Contact support if you need help locating a billing record.

When will I be charged?

Credits are deducted when you submit a generation. Your selected payment provider charges when you confirm a credit-pack or subscription checkout. One-time packs never auto-renew; subscriptions renew at the start of each new paid billing period until cancelled.

What if checkout or payment fails?

Credits are granted after your payment provider confirms payment. You can retry checkout or choose another available payment method. If your provider shows a completed charge but your account does not show a successful order, contact support with the payment receipt so the transaction can be traced.

What if purchased credits do not appear?

Credits are granted after the successful checkout confirmation reaches TryH3. If the balance has not updated after a few minutes, refresh Settings → Credits and Settings → Payments, then contact support with the order or receipt ID.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing to stop future renewals. Access already paid for remains available through the current billing period unless the billing screen states otherwise.

Can I change plans or add more credits?

One-time credit packs can be added at any time. To avoid overlapping subscription charges, cancel the current subscription and choose a different plan when its paid period ends, or contact support before changing mid-cycle.

Do unused credits expire?

One-time credit packs never expire, so leftover credits stay ready for the next trend. Subscription credits do not roll into the next billing period: monthly grants last through the paid month and yearly grants through the paid year.

Can I request a cash refund?

Failed generations receive automatic credit reversals. Cash refunds for credit packs or subscriptions are reviewed case by case for issues such as duplicate charges, undelivered credits or a persistent technical failure. See the Refund Policy for the full criteria.
